Information we collect
When you request an appointment we collect your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your skin concerns. Clinical records created during a visit are held separately under medical record rules.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver care, send appointment reminders, and meet our legal and medical record-keeping obligations. We never sell patient data.
Sharing
Information may be shared with the clinicians treating you, our scheduling and email providers acting on our instructions, and authorities where the law requires it. Nothing more.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email hello@dermato.com and we will respond within 30 days.
